Here’s my October contribution to the Insecure Writers who are slogging through this amazing writing life with me.
Bless you for being here. Be sure to visit others in this hop.
And bless people like Erich Fromm who have words that help.
“The task we must set for ourselves is not to feel secure, but to be able to tolerate insecurity.”
Just wait until December if you want to see some INSECURITY on this blog!

Great quote, Lee! Thanks for the support. All of us (especially those in the query trenches) need all the encouragement we can get. 🙂

Hi, thanks for following me…I'm now following you. And yes, what's happening in December?
Jennifer R. Hubbard says
This was one of the best lessons of my life–learning that it is possible to tolerate being uncomfortable. That I don't have to try to fix it or smother it or pretend it isn't there. I can just be uncomfortable until it passes–as it will.
mmshaunakelley says
What a great quote! Thank you for sharing… I'll be checking back to see this foretold insecurity arise…
